Attack The Day

 
 

When you wake up, appreciate your morning — treasure it.

Appreciate getting your rest and how it helps you process things, helps your body recover.

But don’t waste time.

You’ll know when you need to “get up and get going.”

Don’t ignore that feeling.

The day needs you to be your best — everyone needs you to be your best.

That’s how things get good in your life — cause when you’re at your best, you contribute to the whole, and rub off better on others. This will be cyclical — as others will rub off well on you too.

As you contribute to others, so do they contribute to you.

And that comes from consistent willingness to benevolently “attack the day”. To do what is needed.
