Whether you feel pain, sadness, joy or love — let yourself feel it.

Whatever reason you think you have not to is a rationalization not to feel.

Feelings that are embraced make you more effective in life, not less.

As long as you are able to move back into an equilibrium, it’s okay to let go and feel.

To do this, let your body experience its sensations — you can pick up on the sensations you are ignoring if you put your attention on the moment, rather than your goals or fears.
