Allow yourself to change

 
 

If you feel one way, or see yourself in a particular way, it’s okay to let go of it and change.

If you behaved one way the other day that embarrassed you, it’s okay to accept that it had to do with bad habits you have and gradually change and evolve from it.

People make mistakes. People are one way this day or week or year, and the other way later on.
